Custom Fabrication

Fabrication is one of my favorite parts of my job. In our shop at
Custom Cruisers FJ40, we have an assortment of Fabrication tools
including sheet metal shears, notchers, brakes, punches, and
formers. We also have 2 mills, 2 lathes, and assorted tooling. We
have a 15 ton press brake, a 40 ton Iron worker, 1 large vertical
bandsaw, 1 medium vertical bandsaw, and 1 hand held bandsaw. We
also have a Hossfield #2 hydraulic tube bender, a panograph flame
cutter, a plasma cutter, a kick punch, a punch press, 2 drill presses
and 1 drill mill along with assorted hand tools.

We can Fabricate Custom swing out Cooler racks and Tire Carrier,
Family Cages, seat mounting, speaker mounting, radio and cb
mounts, suspension parts, custom rear seats, steering componets,
winch mounts, front and rear bumpers, light tabs, hitches,
compressor mounts, battery boxs, rock guard, steps, high steer
arms, dash bezles, spring hangers, traction aids, motor mounts,
transmission mounts, shift linkages, and a variety of other items.
